All sales are final. Returns and refunds are not accepted due to the special regime for limited/collecting products market. Placing your order, you submit our “orders policy” and accept everything it says.
All items listed are ineligible for return.
When an order is placed, it cannot be canceled. All orders are subject to our acceptance, and we will not be obligated to fulfill any order unless and until we accept it. Orders are subject to product availability, and we may, in our sole discretion, choose to limit, cancel, refrain from processing, or prohibit an order for any reason. This may occur, for example, if the product ordered is out of stock or has been mispriced or if we suspect the order is fraudulent. We also reserve the right to take steps to verify your identity before accepting or processing your order or afteryour order is accepted or processed.
The buyer won’t be able to ask for a return/refund if the item don’t fit. Buyer is responsible about to take the wanted product. If you need some extra information from a product like measures, extra pictures, etc. please contact us. We are here for help and will be a pleasure for us to provide every extra information and reply all your questions before to place an order. Buyer is responsible to buy the item really wants.
TFC is not responsible about future damages induced by any habits of use, washing or storage the buyer can do after delivery.

We attempt to provide accurate pricing information regarding the products available on the website, but cannot offer guarantees against pricing errors and are not responsible for typographical, or other pricing errors. If an error occurs, we will inform you using the information you provide when placing your order and you may either confirm your order (at the corrected product pricing) or cancel the order. We reserve the right to cancel any order arising from a pricing error.
Prices on the website are shown in Euros and you will be charged in Euros.
Website have installed a plug in to estimate the prices with different currencies. This is just an approximation and the real currency conversion will be done from the payment method you choose at checkout.
You agree to pay in full the prices for any purchases you make by payment means acceptable to TFC. We may process payments through third-party service providers, which may post operating rules related to payment on their respective websites and change such rules from time to time.
Whether you make a purchase, your payment method will be charged when you complete the checkout and payment process. By placing an order, you authorize us, and our third-party service providers, to immediately charge your selected payment method for all amounts presented to you in the checkout and purchase process. You represent and warrant that: (a) the payment information (including any credit or debit card information) you supply to us is true, correct, and complete; (b) you are duly authorized to use such payment method for the purchase; (c) charges incurred by you will be honored by your credit or debit card company (if applicable); and (d) you will pay charges incurred by you at the posted prices, including all applicable taxes.
1.5 Your Obligations
You confirm you are 18 years of age or older and you agree to comply with these Buyer Terms and all applicable laws and regulations.
The buyer is responsible for providing a correct billing and shipping address. Furthermore, he/she declares that he/she accepts our terms and conditions and that he/she is aware of the import law of the country of destination of the goods. If for any reason the package is held, delayed or destroyed, or returned to us, the buyer will be responsible for all costs incurred (import and export shipping charges, customs and storage charges or delay, etc.).
If you are selling to us:
You (as a seller) are responsible for providing a correct billing and shipping address, also the correct informations required for the payout. Furthermore, you declares that you accepts our terms and conditions and that you is aware of the import/export law of the country of origin and destination of the goods. If for any reason the package is held, delayed or destroyed, or returned to us, you will be responsible for all costs incurred (import and export shipping charges, customs and storage charges or delay, etc.). In addition, if for any reason the payment made by us to your account is rejected or returned, you will have to bear the costs of chargeback without the option to reclaim these fees. In case there is a new payment attempt, this will directly affect the amount received, which will be reduced by the aforementioned fees.
2.1 General information
Orders will be shipped out within the next working day.
Our packages will be shipped by DHL Express Premium Worldwide Shipping Service* for free. We ship to all countries in the world.
Orders from India: according to the country’s own import laws, KYC check is mandatory. This is a process of identifying and verifying the client’s identity. The customer will get a link by email to complete the process.
*Orders from Russia: shipping is only available through Standard National Post tracked. TFC® is not responsible about any damages or delays in the shipping process.
*Orders from Turkey: according to the country’s own import laws, each person may import a maximum value of 150 euros/year.
*DHL Express cannot deliver to a PO BOX or APO/FPO addresses. If you provide a PO BOX or APO/FPO address, your order will be shipped by Standard National Post Tracked. Some fees may be applied.
All Packages will be shipped always with a tracking number to a verified address. The buyer can’t change the shipping address when an order is placed. Please note if you place different orders with the same shipping address, all of them will be packed and shipped in one package if it’s possible.
Buyer is responsible to provide the correct shipping information. Please make sure you complete every folder required.
International orders may be subject to additional local taxes, import duties or other local requirements. We always do our best in the shipping process but custom fees depend only from destination. TFC is not responsible about possible future custom fees or other steps required by the destination country customs or laws.
Once an Order Confirmation is issued, TFC will arrange for shipment of the ordered products to you through a third party delivery service provider and we will provide a shipment tracking number upon shipment of all or any part of your order.
Shipping and delivery dates and times are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed.
We are not liable for any loss or damage caused by a delay in shipment.
In the case of inclement weather or other events beyond our control that interfere with our ability to deliver your order, the third party delivery service provider will attempt to deliver your order as soon as reasonably possible.
In cases in which you have designated an alternative receiver, such person shall accept the delivery under all of the same terms and conditions that would apply had you accepted the delivery yourself.
2.2 DELIVERY TIME
In order to provide the best shipping experience to our clients, we include DHL Express Worldwide shipping service in all orders. This is a Premium shipping service.
The client will get a notification from DHL Express with the estimated delivery time. According to their information, the delivery estimated times are from 1 to 5 working days depends your region:
- Europe: 1-2 working days
- North America: 1-3 working days
- Central America, Asia and Africa: 2-4 working days
- South America and Oceania: 4-5 working days
Please note the delivery times are estimated and they can suffer modifications. If you are located in a remote area, the delivery times can be higher than expected due to the limited flights available to your region.
Sometimes we can offer items in pre-order. All products declared as “pre-order” are on the road to us and will be shipped to the buyer as soon as the item/s arrives to us from the supplier.
Estimated arrival for pre-orders depends about how fast our suppliers works, how long import process takes, etc.

5.1 HOW TO SELL
Please complete the SELL FORM and we will be back to you with our proposal.
In case you accept the proposal:
- We will send a shipping label to your email.
- When the package will be delivered in our office, our team will check carefully all products to guarantee their authenticity, condition, size, etc.
- If the products are exactly as your information said and the form we accepted, we will send automatically the buying invoice to be signed.
- As soon we get back signed the buying invoice, we will send your payout.
Seller is responsible to provide accurate information from the products. If we get different products as the SELL FORM said, we will be able to return the package or renegotiate the price. In case the package haves to be returned to the seller, you will pay the shipping back.
