The new Alphafly 3 is lighter and features a ZoomX midsole that cushions impact against the asphalt and Air Zoom units that return energy.

The wider carbon fiber Flyplate provides propulsion and stability throughout the run, while the midsole and outsole are fully connected for natural transitions.

Feedback from both elite athletes and everyday runners improved the comfort of the Alphafly for anyone running marathons.

Thanks to their feedback, they incorporated:

This version of the Alphafly 3 is our lightest Alphafly model to date, with a slightly wider carbon fiber plate for greater stability, a fully connected ZoomX foam midsole for smoother transitions and an all-new Atomknit upper designed to improve multi-directional containment and breathability.
