The new Alphafly 3 is lighter and features a ZoomX midsole that cushions impact against the asphalt and Air Zoom units that return energy.

The wider carbon fiber Flyplate provides propulsion and stability throughout the run, while the midsole and outsole are fully connected for natural transitions.

Speed for everyone

Feedback from both elite athletes and everyday runners improved the comfort of the Alphafly for anyone running marathons.

Thanks to their feedback, they incorporated:

  • Wider footbed.
  • Fully connected outsole that allows for better fit and natural heel-to-toe transitions.
  • Softer threads in the upper to decrease stiffness and rubbing.

Two Air Zoom units in the forefoot combine with ZoomX foam to store and return energy to you, bringing power to every stride.

Propulsive feel

Full-length carbon fiber plate provides propulsion for a smooth transition into every stride and confident approach to turns.

This version of the Alphafly 3 is our lightest Alphafly model to date, with a slightly wider carbon fiber plate for greater stability, a fully connected ZoomX foam midsole for smoother transitions and an all-new Atomknit upper designed to improve multi-directional containment and breathability.
