The LightSpray™ upper uses a recyclable thermoplastic filament. A robot sprays over a foot-shaped mold, creating a seamless upper. Designers then fuse it to the midsole using heat, not glue. This advanced process avoids stitching and trims manufacturing to under three minutes per pair.
The upper weighs just 30 g and provides targeted support with breathability and zero distractions. It feels like a second skin and minimizes irritation during races.
