Nike ZoomX foam, the most resilient foam, slightly improved. From heel to toe, it releases even more energy return than before and reduces weight with a convex shape inside the foot for a more stable foot strike. Full carbon fiber plate provides a rigid fit and increased propulsion.

Specifically selected Flyknit yarns and forefoot-specific zones bring a new level of performance to the Vaporfly. Ample breathability in the forefoot is combined with soft, firm yarns and provides our most customizable upper to the Vaporfly. The result is a soft, breathable design that adapts to the shape of the foot.

Fluidity and stability

Updated thin rubber outsole uses less material without sacrificing durability, reducing the weight and thickness of the outsole. This allows for the addition of more millimeters of ZoomX foam underfoot and facilitates smoother transitions with every step.
