When in 2019 Eliud Kipchoge ran a marathon in 1:59:40, he did so in a prototype of the Nike Air Zoom Alphafly NEXT%. This extraordinary achievement was the fruit of years of work, the culmination of the collaboration between Eliud and Nike, which began in 2017 with the goal of breaking the two-hour barrier in a marathon. Eliud’s milestone has inspired some of the world’s fastest runners to test their limits and break their own records. Now, the shoes he wore that cold October morning in Vienna are available to you.
